Don’t take weight loss advice from a fat person

by Randy Alvarez

Get advice from a person who is walking their talk.  If you are going to take weight loss advice from a personal trainer, nutritionist or medical doctor I believe you need to take a good look at them. Do they look healthy?  Are they overweight?  Do they have the health you want?  Do you want to look like them?  Does their skin look clear and healthy?  Do they eat fresh veggies, lean protein and good fats? Do they supplement their diet with professional brand nutritional supplements?  If they don't you should look for another health practitioner.  Too many people take advice from financial advisors who are broke. You don't want to take weight loss advice from someone who can't seem to get their weight loss program working for themselves.  I happen to prefer talking about weight loss with a practitioner who is not only in good shape, but someone who has extensive knowledge about supplements and nutrition. It is important to me to know that this person has also battled weight issues and kicked the habit through nutrition, moderate exercise, stress reduction, adequate sleep and the use of quality supplements.
